• Your Address Book - Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.
• Wish Lists - Add, edit and remove wish lists, see items in your wish lists and optionally add each item to your shopping cart for purchase.

Each Madas Sandal is specially crafted and handmade using the highest level of artisan and time honored craftsmanship and superior material.

What type of material is the Madas Sandal made of?

Leather

What does the word Madas mean?

Literally it means foot on the floor and traditionally referred to as the “madas sharqi” which means Sandal of the East.

What is the difference between the Style 3 and Style 4 Madas Sandals?

Style 3 Madas sandals comes in a variety of mono (singular) chromatic colors with a high degree of chromaticity – pure and vivid colors. Madas Style 3 sandals are mono-chromatic (solid colored sandals). Conversely, Style 4 Madas Sandals typically brings together two, sometimes three, bright and vivid chromatic colors in one sandal. Style 4 Madas Sandals will match a variety of colors in your wardrobe. Both are excellent choices.

What is the difference between Style 1 and Style 2 Madas Sandals?

Style 1 Madas Sandals are classics. Style 1 is the long standing, and very popular version of the Madas Sandal. It is distinguished from the other madas styles in its originality, popularity, basics and solid color. It is simply, timeless. Style 2 Madas Sandals are a two-tone version of the Classic Style 1 Madas Sandals. Style 2 is a “grand classic”. Style 1 and Style 2 Madas Sandals are very impressive and magnificent sandals.

How would you describe Style 5 Madas Sandals?

Style 5 Madas Sandals brings all the elements and various madas styles into one Madas Sandal. After seeing all the other madas style sandals – one would think that is not possible. Well it is. Style 5 Madas Sandal is the ultimate sandal. It is very stylish. Simply said: it is "tre chic" and it is available by special order due to the intricate hand-made workmanship involved and unique gold and silver stitching. With that said, all of the sandals are chic and very fashionable. It all depends on your preference.

How long does it take to make and receive a special order?

Your order will take approximately 15 to 20 business days from the time of the order, depending on availability and the particular order, and destination, as your unique sandal is hand crafted and hand made to your order. 

Can I order a Madas Sandal when it is out of stock?

 Yes, in most cases, it is possible to order an out-of-stock Madas Sandal. However, it will take the full 20 days for delivery because your order is specifically handcrafted and made to your order. Please contact sales for further inquiry: sales@madassandals.com

Incorrect shipment/flaw?

 If your product was purchased on www.madassandals.com and has a material or manufacture flaw, please email us customerservice@madassandals.com

Do you want to track order/shipment and purchase history?

When your order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to the email address provided. Your delivery can be tracked if you  are a registered member on madassandals.com.
