Delivery/Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address within the United States of Amercia (U.S.A.) and Canada. We encourage you to "Create an Account" (at the top right hand corner of this website). The Account you establish will permit you to View Messages, View Order Status, Completed Orders, Return Requests, Address Book, Wish Lists, Your Account Details, Recent Items.

Your Madas Sandals order are handmade at the time of your order. From the time you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for your order. Your order will take approximately 15 to 20 business days (depending on availability, destination and the order).

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are primarily based on weight and size plus a handling fee. For Shipping & Handling, a flat rate of $15 USD is charged within the U.S. and Canada.

Returns Policy

Due to the fact that these unique sandals are especially handcrafted and made to order, and for hygienic reasons, Madas Sandals does not except returns; we have a no return policy. While we have a "no return policy", and items go through a quality check before shipping, we are interested to hear from our customers.
